Please allow 1-3 business days after your order for processing.
If the items are IN STOCK any orders placed Monday-Friday before 5PM ET will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and shipped either the same day or the next day. Orders placed after 5 PM ET will begin processing the next business day.
Please be sure to double check your address before confirming. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be altered.
IDEL COSMETICS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES. USPS should be contacted if any packages are lost.
If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock, we will contact you with a follow-up email.
All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Priority mail takes up to 3 business days to ship anywhere in the United States.
A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
If package is returned, customer will be responsible for shipping fee for us to ship it again.
